Leaderboard entries are not always cleaned up

Summary

In some cases (e.g.: changing group the mode setting of the attached VPL, resetting VPLs) the code challenges entries are not removed from the database, although they are not displayed on leaderboard pages.

Solution

Automation should be implemented for:

• Resetting leaderboard entries when VPL activities are reset in a course
• Watching for VPL activities deletion and cleaning up leaderboard entries
• Resetting leaderboard entries when the attached VPL activities change their group setting
